We decided to sell our home with Cynthia after our lawyers referred us to her and she did such a great job (our 3 year old son also loved the way the house was decorated!) We sold for a fair price and Cynthia explained the entire process (since this was my first time selling a house). She is also very kind since she kept in touch by sending thoughtful gifts and our son also had an exciting time at her Xmas party! I would definitely recommend her services as she knows the market and has a personal connection to people that helps with selling properties.
