We are extremely pleased with the quick buying & selling process by Cynthia & her team. We sold our property in a few days & found a new home in a couple weeks. This is the second time we are moving & chose Cynthia again because of the excellent job that she did helping us with our first home. Anita helped us with buying a home in Lorne park below the asking price & we were able to get a home inspection with the sellers agreeing to fixing a couple other issues. We feel so blessed to have our home sold for over 1K over asking & would definitely recommend Cynthia & her team as experienced, caring & going above the demands of a realtor. Gabby the decorator also did a beautiful job with the staging & our son loved it & asked me to decorate like her :)
