Dakota has helped us out twice now - once to search for commercial property for a non-profit that I am involved with and then again to help us find tenants for a condo that we purchased through a private sale. While the commercial venture is still ongoing, Dakota came through for us to help find tenants for our condo. His knowledge of the current market and the city demographic took the guess work out of what to rent the unit for. He was very helpful in getting us in a painter to quickly freshen up the place before listing. I look forward to working with him again!
