Dakwan is an outstanding member of a fantastic team. He started our home search with exploration and information gathering (so much so that we were worried we were wasting his time). He analyzed how the house/location would improve lifestyle (commute, amenities), not just where we live. The level of expectation management he does is incredible. We loved one place but he cautioned us a very large train goes by numerous times in the day. He even had us visit during when the train ran by and he was right, it was unpleasant. You can trust him to tell you the good and bad so you’re making informed decisions. Overall, working with Dakwan was a great experience, especially for as first-time-buyers. He found our family a home we love!
