I run a real estate marketing company. Dale Mounzer has hired us and refuses to pay. After asking around he has done this to all of the photography/floor plan/marketing companies he could find. He clearly has a total lack of ethics and I would not recommend that anyone use his services. If he's willing to rob a small company of a relatively small fee after they provided a great service on two properties, what will he be willing to do when there are thousands of dollars he can gain from his dishonesty?
