Dale Mounzer

Dale works in his own interest, not in the interest of his clients. Dale was my real-estate agent when I found an apt through a friend, not through Dale. I let Dale know of the deal and he went behind my back and told the sellers to increase the price by $100,000.00. It was offered to me for $450,000.00, Dale told the seller not to get it go for $550,000.00. Whose side is he working for? He is not trustworthy.

Reply:    This review is completely false on every point. The person who wrote this (F. Owen) has a reputation for misrepresenting the facts about everyone she comes in contact with. In fact, most people will have nothing to do with her. L. Smith Reply:    This review is absolutely true as I had almost had exact same scenario happen to myself when I trusted Dale to find me a place in my budget. Please do yourself a favor and find a reputable real estate agent, not this money hungry "man". And Dale, quit having fake people defend every single negative review you get. Why can't you just accept that you have wronged a few people? Reply:    This person (F. Owen) approached me in 2012. She told me she wanted to buy a second condo. I worked very hard for her and showed her over 15 condos over a period of a year. She found something wrong with each and every property she viewed. She still has not bought anything to this day (five years later). The condo she viewed for $450,000.00 she also rejected as not suitable for her. When the owners of the condo she speaks of were not happy with their previous realtor they then approached me to get ideas on how best to market their condo for sale. I recommended they first renovate their condo as it was very old and tired. After they had spent over $30,000 on a renovation they then asked me to list their home for sale, which I did. These are the facts. I wish F. Owen continued luck in her five/six year search for a second condo. Reply:    Dale Mounzer does not take accountability for any of the scams he pulls. Hire Dale at your own risk people. Be sure to check the other websites where you will find additional reviews claiming that Dale is a liar and a theif. BEWARE!
