I crossed paths with Dan when I visited an open house that Dan was hosting. I was impressed by his engaging mannerism, sharing of information, and openness to listen. Due to my overall first impression of Dan, I requested we meet and after having coffee together, we agreed to work together. As we worked together, here are some of the observations I developed. Dan is dedicated to his craft as realtor - there were some complicated scenarios we encountered, where he sought expert guidance and worked to support me through those scenarios. Dan is thorough with his research - I'm a detailed person and I truly appreciated Dan's attention to detail as I can see other agents being unprepared, which gets frustrating. Dan is committed - I found house searching a tiring process but Dan was tireless in trying to keep us both enthusiastic about our search. Finally, Dan is part of strong team - I found the other team members approachable so I never felt unsupported. Whoever works with Dan will be impressed by his openness and work ethic, which will hopefully convert to a satisfying process and purchase.
