I purchased a home that Dana had listed several years ago. At the time she explained that the clients were actually friends of hers. I am very happy with the home itself but four years later I have come to find out that the listing was for more than 200 square feet larger than the real measurements. I now have a home that is actually 1800 sq. ft. and not the 2000+ that she listed it for. She did not do her own measurements on this home before listing and an "experienced" agent such as herself should have probably known this should be done. Be careful buying her listings!
