Wow! Made a slug of mistakes during the process of renovating/selling my home but hiring Danesse as my realtor was not one of them. She totally had my best interests at heart. Was selling from afar and I needed a realtor who was honest, trustworthy and could totally be relied on. She definitely fit the bill and went above and beyond (she negotiated a great sales price, renegotiated the closing date of my sale to save me half a month of condo fees and even delivered a couple of boxes that my movers had missed to UPS for shipping). Also, she took on the unenviable task of ensuring that my contractor dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's so that my property would command top dollar and that it was listed in a timely manner. I especially appreciated her professional and TIMELY communications. Would not hesitate to hire Danesse again should I ever move back to St Albert.
