I met this agent through MLS by contacting the listing agent of a property as I did not have an agent and was buying myself. He was representing the sellers of the listing. This man however tried to trick me into signing a BRA (Buyer Representation Agreement) telling me it was just a typical signin sheet, when I started to actually read this contract he was trying to trick me into signing like it was nothing he started getting all defensive and saying "You made me come all the way down here you should sign it." Let me reiterate I just met this man as he was showing his own listing and I never asked him to show me any other listings. THIS AGENT GIVES ALL OTHER AGENTS A BAD NAME. I really hope anyone who is thinking of using this person thinks twice before making a huge mistake. I can't imagine how many people he got to sign a BRA by telling them it was a sign in sheet for a showing.
