At the beginning, Daniel took the time to understand what my needs and wants were in a first home and helped fill in gaps of my knowledge and was well-versed about the areas I inquired about. During the search process, he located and scheduled a number of great options for me, that aligned with my needs/wants as well as a few that pushed my boundaries, to review and was very informative about the neighbourhoods, buildings, and general areas the units were located in, highlighting the good and the not-so-good as we toured the different units. For the units I was interested in making an offer on, he connected with the seller’s realtor early on and kept the conversation going with them to see how motivated the seller was, how firm they were on price, etc. which helped minimize the back and forth I had to be involved in and helped me get a great price on the condo I ended up purchasing with his help. Daniel is well-connected and recommended a home inspector he has worked with in the past to take a look at the unit before we purchased it. The home inspector, like Daniel, was full of knowledge, very helpful and patient as this was my first experience with a home inspector. After our initial offer was accepted, Daniel combed through the strata docs to identify anything that would be of significant concern to me as the new owner and even reached out to the home inspector to get their thoughts on a few items that Daniel was not sure about before letting us know there is nothing to be worried about. Daniel made the home-buying experience exceptionally smooth and I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel to my family or friends that are looking for a realtor.
