I chose Danielle to help me with the purchase of a home. Originally I thought she was nice and friendly and did not give off the slimy vibe that some agents do. She did not seem very knowledgeable about houses or real estate, I suppose this should have been a clue, but I liked not having to deal with the salesman-y vibe. Eventually I found a house and had an inspection done by an inspector she recommended. Nothing of note came up during the inspection. Later when I took possession of the home I discovered a huge mould problem (10s of thousands to remediate). The mould inspector said any qualified inspector should have easily been able to notice the problem. I reached out to Danielle explaining my situation. I figured a realtor would have heard of such situations and offer some advice as to what I should do. She ignored me. It's been months. Danielle puts a lot of effort into giving the impression that she cares, but it is obviously an act. It is apparent that the only thing she cares about is the money. I would recommend finding an agent who is more knowledgeable and who is interested in protecting your best interests even after they have received their money.

Reply:    I had a similar experience. Her and her "handler" John Donovan are the same. They pushed us to spend more (increase their commission) using scare tactics (in hind sight). We also had a problem near close, but it was too inconvenient to assist us. The day of close...not a peep. Once the offer is signed they bail.
