The most HELPFUL broker!! I can’t say enough positive things about Darren, he was such a pleasure to work with. He answered all my calls and texts, answered every question I had (and I had a LOT), he explained everything to me in detail and was so patient with me and made the process of getting pre-approved and then finalizing the new mortgage so easy. He also helped with any amendments I requested such as making payments bi-weekly vs monthly and even helped me get the lowest interest rate even after we had already got our mortgage agreement. He goes above and beyond and is really the best. I can see why he has 5 stars across the board. 10/10 I recommend him to everyone and anyone!!
