We had the pleasure to deal with both, Darryl and Jim.  They are an excellent team and great real estate agents. They helped us with three transactions so far and always struck us as being very knowledgeable, professional and honest. They were always available to address any of our concerns from staging, pricing and market analysis to property maintenance and general construction. If you want a real estate agent who will give you a knowledgeable advice on the property, point out pros and cons, rather then just unlocking the door and nodding to everything you say, they are your guys.
