Great process with Mel—took longer than we would’ve liked because of the nature of the market in April and we got well below what we wanted BUT that was the way the cookie crumbled because of the housing market. Nothing we could have done otherwise, anns we’re just happy we managed to sell! Overall great process with staging, and Mel was always very responsive and supportive throughout! She answered all our questions thoroughly and we felt cared for!
