I have rated Dave with 4 stars in most categories simply because I have not yet had to use his service to actually sell my home. The fifth star will fall into place when that transaction is required and completed. I have no doubt that Dave will have no problem earning # 5 based on several conversations with him and seeing his professionalism and knowledge.
