Dave and Katherine made sure our purchase and sale was a fantastic experience--from start to finish! During COVID, it was difficult to arrange childcare for my 1 and 3 year old children. To my surprise, Katherine watched the children for us, which allowed my wife and I to view the houses together. Now that is service!
