The Dave Roach team has been amazing helping us with getting our rental property rented when our tenant gave us short notice that they were moving out. Dave and his team arranged for a painter to paint the whole condo. They also arranged for an appliance to be replaced. This was all done while we were out of the country. They really saved our bacon as this move was happening at exactly the wrong time for us as we were going away on a trip that was already booked.
