We just bought our first home with David. It was the first house we really loved and put an offer on. We won the bidding war during these unprecedented times where everyone looses. Especially first time homebuyers like us who can’t compete with the home owners who have already built equity over the years and are able to easily put above 1 million dollar offers. There were no surprises or hiccups because David had explained the buying process in detail to us in a 2 hour zoom call on our very first day of communication. He went through all of the costs that existed in addition to the down payment. Such as lawyer fees, land transfer tax, etc. We were able to  purchase a beautiful 2 story + basement detached house with 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms for under a million which was a steal.
