Dave is a consummate professional. He demonstrated expertise and professionalism in all facets of the home buying/selling experience. He was readily available to answer questions both by phone or via text. I definitely felt like I was a priority as he was very responsive. The best thing about Dave is his approach to a sale. He never pushes for a sale but methodically will go through the pros and cons and share his insights along the way. I always felt in control as the client but had an able guide who I genuinely felt had my best interest at heart. Not only was his demeanor appealing, Dave is definitely a cut above the rest in how he markets a property, gathering extensive information about the building, unit and surrounding area. He created beautiful brochures for viewers and posted my unit on social media. This was in addition to the staging and storage service he provides as part of his package. It was no surprise that when my Condo sold it went for 14% over asking. It was great being a client of Dave's and I will definitely use him again. He is highly recommended.
