Dave was a pleasure to work with. He supplied us with recent, local real estate listings along with asking prices, what each property sold for (and which ones didn't sell) and how long it was on the market. We had 3 homes in various stages closing (conditions having to be met) that all had to come together in order for our sale to take place. Dave was in touch with the other agents coordinating the timelines in order for it all to happen. Overall, it was a seamless procedure with Dave keeping us in the loop at all times. I would highly recommend Dave and will definitely use his services again should we decide on another move.
