I would not recommend this agent and his company. All David cares about is his commission. His poor communication skills and poor work ethic will make your selling/buying experience painful. After I complained to him about his poor quality of work, he agreed to pay our lawyer fee. To my disbelief, he never paid us a penny for the lawyer fee. Simply put David is NOT trustworthy. So be very, very careful if you decide to hire him as your agent. I contacted his manager at RE/MAX Sabre Realty twice, and he never called me back either. I'm going to file a complaint about him and his broker to Real Estate Council of British Columbia. I'm so thankful that we didn't buy with him. We actually found an excellent realtor who helped us to buy a great house.

Reply: Mrs Naziripour We never like to hear someone has had a bad experience with our company but we feel that you disparaging comments are out of line as we went beyond the call of duty and don't understand why you feel this way, so we would like to set the record straight. 1.You gave me explicit instructions to deal directly with your brother and father as you lived in the Yukon. 2.We worked 2 straight days to get your home ready for sale, all at our cost, Removal of 1700lbs of garbage, Landscaping, De-cluttering,Staging and Pressure washing the entire property.Over $1650.00 spent. 3.We achieved the highest sale price ever in that neighborhood more than $140,000 more than the last sale.The home is being demolished soon. 4. We had MLS tours and several open houses and realtor were saying, how did that home sell for as much as it did. 5.Negotiated a 4 month + closing to give you ample time to find a home, but you decided you wanted to go in another direction after the sale. 6.After you moved out your brother texted to say there was another pile of garbage to have removed which was taken care of. 6.Lastly We left messages for your brother to come pick up your closing gifts and gift certificates but the calls we never returned and gifts were never picked up. We work hard to establish an excellent reputation and feel that you are entitled to your opinion but also feel your comments are out of line and after we had our latest discussion ,i think you realize what we did to sell your home.My phone is all ways on, call anytime I wish you and your family nothing but the best and hope you have a great summer Regards David Mac innis Re/max Sabre Realty
