Having David handling the sale made it absolutely worry-free. Nothing was too much trouble for him. His suggestions to prepare the property for sale were reasonable, and definitely reduced the potential for buyers to find reasons to be negative to the property. After having David handle two sales and one purchase I can highly recommend his professionalism and ability to get things one in a timely manner.
