The best! He was a recommendation from a close friend. After interviewing a few agents, it was a really easy decision as we connected and I could tell that David really cared. I didn't feel like I was just a dollar sign the way I have with agents before, and that made all the difference. This was my retirement fund, and it was evident that he realized that, and how important it was for me. He came in and was super organized, with a plan on what to do, and when to do it. He had a calendar all mapped out, and actually took the time to talk with me about how I felt about his strategies, he didn't just try bulldoze me. He explained what he wanted to do, and why he thought it was the the way to go for my house, which was a bit unique. It's very obvious that he's thoughtful, and VERY good at what he does. The process was pretty easy (aside from packing, but that's my fault) and I felt taken care of the whole time. The staging, pictures and write-up of the property looked amazing, and he did everything he said he'd do for marketing, plus a bit more. When it came time for negotiations, he was just flat-out GREAT. This is clearly one of the areas where he's especially strong. He was diplomatic and respectful, while playing agents off each other and getting higher offers. I wanted to be there for the negotiations, and I could tell he didn't think that was a good idea, but he ok'd it and it was really great to watch! He talks a lot about being "win-win" and I could tell the other agents liked him too. In the end he got me a price that was higher than average, in a short amount of time on the market, in a market that was falling fast. He also made me feel like a person, and I felt he always had my best interest in his heart. What more can you ask for?
