David was absolutely wonderful. He felt like a trusted friend immediately, and upon meeting him we knew he was our guy. What we liked about him was how he was really personable, but also super competent. He's hyper organized (which he joked was a coping method from growing up with ADHD) and he did everything he said, on the day he said he'd do it. The staging was amazing, and he was really good with communicating with us about what would happen and why. He never made us feel dumb for asking questions, and he always had time for us. He's a fierce negotiator, but in a way that made other agents feel respected and like he was nice about it. Honestly, I don't think we could have asked for a better experience, and we've recommended him to our whole friend group. Hire David, you'll be really happy with the decision :)
