Sobolik is a true millennial in his feeling of entitlement to success without actually doing any work. He simply ignored every request I had of him. He apparently won't leave his house. I would have fired him if I could have but we were already under contract from a buyer who I was talking with before I hired Sobolik. This guy should not be allowed to represent people.
