It's easy for a realtor to push you to buy a home OR tell you to increase your bid, since that's how they get paid, but you'll never experience that with David. For example, there were times when we could have bid higher and gotten the home, but he told us not to since it would be way overpaying - very rare to see this type of honesty and putting the client ahead of their own interests.
