David was completely unfamiliar with the foreclosure process, and when I had asked him if he would be comfortable, helping me purchase a foreclosure, he assured me he would be good and fine at it
I gave him a chance to refer me to an agent with more experience. That’s what I would’ve expected. If he was not capable he ended up taking on the project of buying this foreclosed property and clearly didn’t know what he was doing from the beginning he even sent me very clear instructions about needing to get all of the information in by 22 June which made no sense because that would’ve been a Saturday and when I asked, I was like are you sure it’s not the 20th like in business days because this has to do with the court? he went scattering off to confirm and yes, it would’ve been completely screwed. If we would’ve went with the 22nd it’s the 20th we had to have everything completed by so time after time he showed his lack of experience and knowledge with this process, but the final straw was after racing to the finish line to get all of the things in order we submitted the bid just barely on time minutes to spare, and at that point, he should’ve told me there was still a chance to rescind the bid. But he did not tell me there was a chance to resend the bid until 11 AM Sunday so he had four days and one and a half business days that he could’ve given me this information and told me to consult with a lawyer, but he did not do that. at that point I was just texting back-and-forth with him. One of my text mentioned lightly if I take the bid back and then I won’t be buying anything. This is the home that I want and he took that as the answer that he wanted to hear and sent the email to resend my bid even though I followed that text up immediately with no do not take the bid out. I do not wanna lose my opportunity to bid on this house. Everything will be fine. The mortgage broker assured me I was 99.999% going to get Financing next business day. Which financing was fine. My bed was the strongest I would’ve won the house had David not acted on his own accord without confirming with me through this process he acted like it was an inconvenience and he was too busy to text with me after him starting text conversations with me not once. Did he ever call me on the phone not once did he ever organize a meeting with his so-called partner, a.k.a. his mother I had no contact for her and was only told to contact her when he was yelling at me about his son. David is completely unprofessional and I will never stop talking about this and ruined the buying process for me for the rest of my life, I will forever live with this fear and heartbreak. Not once has he offered an apology or condolences not once has he taken any kind of responsibility or accountability for his inappropriate timing and actions, and he has not offered to compensate me the assessment fees that were completely wasted by his decision
