David Wardle was our agent. He did both buy for him and sold our house. He didn’t advice us in buying a house and the pressed us to sell our house. He manipulated and divided my husband and I. My husband now realizes how he operated on us. He lied to us in many ways. He said he was dying , we saw him at Costco and he hided fast. We thought he was honest and trusted him but he was just preparing to get what he wanted. He deceived us and looked after his own interest.
