Dawn was amazing and helped us through the entire process of selling my Dad’s home. Any time we needed to hire someone to prepare the house for sale (plumber, electrical, home organizer, etc.) Dawn was able to give us a contact and each responded quickly and did excellent work. This was a very difficult time for us as we were selling after my father passed away. Dawn was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and had a calming effect when things were stressful. She made the whole situation easier for us and I couldn’t have done it without her. I highly recommend Dawn (and the extensive list of contractors that she knows) 😊
