I wish I had words to describe the experience that we had using Dawn as our real estate agent, but there aren't. Selling our house (in my mind) was a rather complex transaction. We were selling in Halifax and moving across the country. There were many moving parts, deadlines, and information that needed to be shared and completed promptly. Dawn expertly guided us through the entire process seamlessly. She was beyond professional and added her expert opinion in a timely and thoughtful manner. If anyone that we know is looking to buy or sell in the HRM Dawn is our only suggestion!!
