Awful service! She didnt help or offer any advice for first time home owners. When we looked at certain houses we asked for her opinion on current and future value of the home...no opinion given. Just showed us the stats of for sale and sold prices - told us to make the decision alone. When we made an offer on a home - there was NO explanation on how this buying process would go - we had to phone a friend & ask. When the inspection came back with costly repairs she didn't offer to negotiate a lower purchase price...she said it was normal. A useless agent just doing up the paper work and wanting to make money as quick as possible!
