"Lipstick on a pig" - this is how an associate of "We Know Houses" referred to my suggestion to stage my property. It was said to me so many times, I didn't know whether to be offended or laugh. Of course there was no laughing when they sold my home for almost $300K under asking price. From failing to give literally any advice about how to show/present the home (not even a single tip!), to hosting an open house with zero prep, also without informing me it was happening (I was out of town) to bringing their children up for a picnic on the farm-land, I've never witnessed such apathy, lack of work ethic and unpreparedness combined with zero accountability. ***Haughty and arrogant as another reviewer used is also 100% accurate Do yourself a favour and learn from my epic mistakes. Interview multiple realtors, choose the one that has the most knowledge of your specific area and property and skip the team at "We Know Houses".
