One of the difficulties was that I wanted a freehold Strata townhouse in a fairly specific area of Chilliwack. So once that became very clear then things began to line up. The home I wanted was represented by 1% realty so that presented some issues as well, but once that was taken in stride we got the home I wanted & Deb was with me every step of the way. Also during this entire time I was ill & Deb accommodated that as well.
