They did a good job, I do think the percentage for the sales are too much. That should be negotiated before signing up which I did not do. They do a good job and will do their very best to sell your property.

On top of that here is a disclosure presented in dollar format at the time an offer is presented. We actually work for a more reasonable rate than many plus we include extras like the iGuide, floor plans, video and on bigger properties like yours drone photography.
