I heard good things about good manors so I went in and met with Justin Cousineau and he referred me to Dee Burgess. This wasn’t my first attempt at purchasing a home but it was the best experience I’ve had with a realtor. She was incredibly knowledgeable (coming from a trades background) on things to look for outside of the typical most realtors offer. She was always close when it came to identifying the value of the house regardless of the asking price. She worked quickly and would reach out if there was an opportunity on a home that she thought would be a good fit. If you’re looking for a home and feel like a realtor is for you I’d highly recommend giving her a shot. I did and now I can happily say I’m a homeowner. Thanks Dee, you’re a real one.
