Deepak helped me to get a property on lease. He was honest and gave me options in my budget. He did all the lease paper work and my experience was just fantastic in dealing with Deepak. There are many realtors in market, but from my experience many are not interested for lease and they feel its a waste of time. But Deepak showed keen interest, shortlisted the houses, visited with us, was puntual and explained the significance of the properties in terms of accessibility, nearby stores, schools with ranking etc. Although I dealt with him only for lease, based on his work ethics I would definitely recommend him for any consultation on leasing or property purchases.
