I don't always write reviews, but this one is a must and here's why... I was talking to someone about being a fan of Big Brother (BB) Canada and in the same conversation later mentioned the struggle I was facing with the sale of my condo to which the other person said "you should hire Demetres from BB!". I laughed and said I remember watching him on BB but since it had been a while I didn't remember his profession. What initially started as a joke lead me to his profile and I was impressed by what I came across. At this point, I still hadn't had any luck with the condo, with zero offers, sitting on the market for a few months so I decided to turn to Demetres. He was the 2nd realtor I hired and I'm so glad I chose him because he made what felt impossible happen!! He managed to sell my condo in a tough market and I'm so grateful for his vast knowledge, experience, network and professionalism. His genuine, friendly and calm nature put me at ease throughout the entire process. I have the utmost respect for those that work hard and Demetres did just that. If you're looking for a realtor that can actually produce results, hire this man. He will do his best and you will not be disappointed!
