This is our second time hiring Demetres to find and buy a Condo which met our requirements. Demetres also helped us find a Tenant twice - all very successful occurences. Demetres is commited to success and will endevour to ensure that we have good customer satisfaction. He is very prompt to reply to any questions and does not require numerous attempts to get an answer. I would designate Demetres as the perfect Real Estate Agent
