Demetres is a great person to work with when buying or renting your property. Extremely knowledgeable in the Toronto condominium market. Very prompt at communicating and well organized. His video presentations of properties and comparative properties were invaluable and informative for making decisions for the agreement of purchase. We definitely found an excellent agent who has helped us buy two properties and rent one.
