Buying a house is a major life experience, and it should be handled with someone who genuinely stands by the customer throughout the entire process. Sometimes banks can make unexpected or poorly communicated changes that make an already complicated transaction even more difficult. That’s when you need someone who will advocate for you and help you navigate the process. Unfortunately, when someone makes you feel like a close friend while trying to sell you a property, but once you’re committed and the deal is about to close, they suddenly treat you as if you’re a thief or a problem, it becomes clear where their priorities are. It leaves you feeling that they care more about the commission than about the person they are dealing with. Based on my experience, I absolutely do NOT recommend doing business with this person. I would strongly advise anyone considering a transaction with them to think twice and carefully consider other options.
