I see this quality in Denis, as I was retiring from the Canadian Armed Forces, and know hard work. I knew I would be returning to Sudbury, so during one of my family visits to Sudbury, I attended an open house and this is where I met Denis. We kept in touch informing each other of current happenings. Especially what process I was at in retiring, and the housing market in Sudbury, also keeping in mind I had my then current house in Trenton, Ontario to put on the market. I had had a full plate indeed. Denis was gracious enough to make time for me whenever I made the 6-hour trip North to view houses. Man! If there is one thing, I have learnt from this experience was that things happen and move fast, and Denis was always on top of things. After 3 trips, 15 showings, and one face time showing, Denis and I got the job done. Each one of these showings were an enjoyable experience.
