Dennis was referred to us from someone who had recently purchased a home with his help. After quite some time of looking at properties with no luck we switched to Dennis as our agent. He was professional and personal and worked with us to find the property that worked for us! Dennis helped us put in offers on a few properties and though we also knew our offers weren't strong, he helped us to offer what we were comfortable with per each property. After looking at a home by chance during an open house we quickly asked Dennis to view it with us the following day as we value his oppinion greatly. We had decided that the house would work perfectly for us and placed an offer which was accepted!
