Denis is very easy to work with, extremely professional, thorough with all information and always punctual to showings. He kept me apprised of all new listing within my criteria and also suggested new areas of interest, which expanded my selection of properties that I would otherwise have missed. Denis is honest in all his dealings and it really shows when he is showing you a property. When I found a house that I wanted to put an offer on, Denis was prompt in writing up the propasal and answered all my questions and performed the counter offers.
