So I was looking to buy a house when bidding wars started and my budget wasn't high. My agent did not want to cooperate and only showed me a couple of horrible houses in very sketchy neighbourhoods. I was going out of my mind. Then a friend recommended Denise. Well, what a game changer!!! Denise went out of her way and we saw a bunch of places. She took the time and listened what I wanted and what I can afford. She is so knowledgeable!!! I liked a couple of places and she pointed out some issues with the houses that I completely missed and saved me from sinking money into them after the purchase. Money I wouldn't have.
