Derek from One Percent Realty was an excellent realtor who showed us around the Leduc and Edmonton area during our home search. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions with confidence. His expertise made the purchasing process much easier. We would definitely use Derek again for any future real estate purchases.
