Derek was by far the worst Real Estate agent I've ever worked with. He was racist, misogynistic and unprepared. He took weeks to get back to us with information and couldn't even obtain blueprints when we asked him for them. He was so ravenous for the commission that he couldn't even manage to treat us with a shred of dignity or respect. I have recently discovered that he also mocked me in a racist way after I left my last dealing with him. I highly advise every single person who reads this to not work with him or colliers. You will regret it.
