I realized quite quickly, after starting to explore homes with Derek, that he was a wealth of information, not just about houses and the market, but about so much more. He knew about city plans that I had no idea about, and was very knowledgeable, no matter what I threw at him. He was detail oriented and asked all the right questions. After purchasing a condo, I had some issues with my bank, that caused A LOT of extra work for Derek. He responded to all of my texts and emails quickly, professionally and was totally invested in trying to help me resolve the issue. Derek really goes above and beyond and I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling real estate. Simply the best!
