As a first time home buyer, I don't think I could have felt as confident in the process as I did if we didn't have Derek. When we asked for more information, he delivered beyond expectations. He was reasonable in telling us what we should expect to be able to buy but hopeful and ambitious to get us what we wanted. He knows the tricks and what to expect when you're looking through houses. He does his homework and makes sure you know everything you need to about the house and the area it is in before you move forward. Derek literally worked miracles and got us our dream house! Not to set high expectations, but in under a week of meeting Derek, we put our first offer on our dream house that we thought was out of reach and ended up getting accepted! He went through hoops and problem-solved along the way to meet all of our needs. He always had our best intentions in mind and was quick to respond to our messages when we needed him. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
