This was our first experience selling our home.  A friend had recently bought a home with Derek`s assistance and recommended him to us.  We knew from the first visit that Derek was our Realtor- he was professional and down to earth. He walked us through the process in a clear manner.  We also liked his marketing ability.  Most important Derek was punctual for all appointments and answered our emails promptly.   We loved the additional touch of having a designer walk through the house with us to provide input on how to prepare the house for sale.  Derek even offered us a professional cleaning service or window cleaning service.  We chose the window cleaning service which added the final sparkle for the house.   We were completely satisfied with the service we received from Derek and would definitely recommend him!
